Take the Subway Line 11 and get off at Disney Station (Exit 1). Walk 160 meters to Exit 1 of Disney Station. After exiting, follow the road straight ahead until you reach the end of the fence, then turn right. You will see the Mickey flower bed photo spot at the entrance.
